Design the experience
The Assistant surfaces suggested prompts tuned to your role and where you are in your journey — an account owner setting up permissions sees different suggestions than a responder in a live incident. Responses draw from CYGNVS documentation and the platform knowledge base, so guidance on configuration, permissions, and workflows is accurate and self-serve.

Outcome
The Assistant is native to web, mobile, and iPad. On the move, responders get the same guidance, the same prompts, and deep links that open native app screens — critical for incidents managed away from a desk. The Assistant is reachable from within active rooms and incidents, so getting help never means abandoning the work.
